Ingredients 6 lovely legs 15 g butter
50 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1½ tbsp fruit chutney
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mild curry powder
1 avocado (optional)
Rice, to serve
Start cooking your rice using your favourite method, while you prepare the rest of the meal.
Put the butter in a glass or microwave safe bowl and cook uncovered for about 30 seconds on high.
Mix all the spices together in this dish.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the rice and avocado), making sure the chicken is well coated.
Cook uncovered on high for about 15 minutes -this will depend on the strength of your microwave, so you will need to make sure that the chicken is no longer pink. Turn the chicken over and stir twice during the cooking
Just before it is cooked, drain the rice, mash up an avocado with 1 tsp of lemon.
Put the chicken, sauce on top of the cooked rice, and a dollop of the avocado on the top.
