Unless you are into Dr. Oz, you would not know about this drink, so I thought I would pass it along. He suggests drinking before each meal to burn fat. It is loaded with vitamin C and will make you burn 30% more fat, all the while enjoying a citrusy delight!

Serves: 1

Ingredients
1 cup grapefruit, orange or pineapple juice (I used orange)
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and drink.
