A cool and refreshing drink to start the morning or to sip on after a long day, that's packed with banana and strawberry goodness.

Ingredients 1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 1/2 cups milk
Fresh fruit can be tricky to always have on hand, so to make this even easier, it can be just as easily made with frozen fruit. Chop up some banana when they become overripe and pop them into a freezer bag or container. Do the same with some strawberries, or buy a pack of frozen strawberries to have in the freezer.
Chop up the strawberries and banana into small pieces.
Blend together the milk, yoghurt, strawberries, and banana until smooth.
