This delicious fudge is so easy to prepare that anyone in the family can help you make it or make it for you, and you will get a fantastic result. You can easily change the flavour by adding almonds, cashews, fruit or dark chocolate. The hardest part is waiting for it to set!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes plus 2 hours refrigeration time
Ingredients 375 g milk chocolate
395 g condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup peanuts or peanut pieces
Line a 9" baking pan.
Combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla essence and peanuts.
Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Thanks Belinda. I'd only make this with DARK chocolate though, & with ginger & salted cashews. I wish I'd read this before I spent $20 on 4 different kinds of fudge at Aldi's to-day! needless to say, you can never have enough fudge, as long as I walk of the calories! I already have all the ingredients at home.
