Ingredients 8 thin sausages (sliced or whole)
2 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 x 400 g tin crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
1 - 2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbs oil, for frying
salt and pepper
In a saucepan, heat oil to medium heat and gently fry the onions until they have softened.
Add the sausages and garlic to the pan and cook until the sausages have browned.
Add the tomatoes, stock, chilli powder, salt and pepper, and stir.
Simmer for 20 minutes until the sausages are cooked and the sauce has reduced.
