Ingredients 350g of Nutella
100g of almond meal
almonds for topping (optional)
In a bowl crack the eggs and whisk them until they double in size.
Pour in the almond meal and mix with a spatula until everything is incorporated.
Lastly, add the Nutella. If you want, you can microwave it for 30 seconds, to melt and to be easier to mix. But that's optional. Stir, stir, stir until there is no more any trace of the eggs and almond meal. The finished result is a luscious batter that's almost too good to be baked.
When the batter is perfectly mixed, pour it into a pan lined with parchment paper and a light spray of oil. My pan measures 20x30. If you want thicker brownies, use a smaller pan.
Spread the brownie batter into the pan and even it out with the spatula.
In the meantime, preheat the oven at 180*C, and chop some almonds or walnuts on top. This step is optional, you don't have to do it if you are allergic to nuts or you don't like them.
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes, no more than that, if you want chewy brownies.
Take them out, cut them into even squares and enjoy. :)
