Easy Parmesan Dipping Chips

Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese

These chips are quick, simple and cheap to prepare. Great for a snack or a filler with a hot soup or casserole. I use pita bread or yiros wraps which I buy on special and freeze until needed.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: As many servings as you need.

Pita bread or yiros wraps
Olive oil (spray is easiest.)
Parmesan sprinkle(dried parmesan cheese)

Pre-heat oven to 180 (350) degrees.
Lay the bread on baking paper on an oven tray.
Lightly spray or wipe over with oil.
Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese.
Bake until the cheese is golden (only a few minutes).
Turn over and do the same on the other side.
While still warm, cut into small pieces (I found that the 'slices' pictured were a little large.)
Allow to cool and use as a dipper. Delicious.
