Easy Poached Eggs with Hollandaise

Slide into the weekend with this easy recipe that is sure to set you up for a fabulous day. This recipe uses pre-made Hollandaise sauce to make your morning even easier so you can relax.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Makes: 2 serving

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 pack Hollandaise sauce
Rocket
Water
1 tablespoon white vinegar


Method

Fill pan 2/3 of the way with water and add the vinegar. Bring to the boil and make a whirlpool in the water with a spoon.



Drop your eggs into the whirlpool. This helps to keep them together.



Once cooked, arrange eggs on a plate with rocket, then pour hollandaise finishing sauce on and, voila, you're breakfast is served.
