Easy Scrambled Egg Open Sandwich

Scrambled eggs make the perfect breakfast for relaxing weekend when you feel like a good breakfast that takes no time to prepare and cook.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter
4 slices bread, toasted
2 slices cheese
black pepper, to serve
dried parsley, to serve

Method
In a jug, beat the eggs with milk and salt.



Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.



Pour in half of the egg mixture.



Use a wooden spoon to cut through the eggs from outside towards inside.



Repeat with the remaining half of the egg mixture.

Serve on top of toast with cheese. Sprinkle with some parsley and black pepper.
