Left over bread or stale bread can be turned into these delicious crunchy herbed bread sticks. They can be enjoyed as a snack with a cheesy dip or dipped in your favourite soup. Plain bread can be replaced with multi-grain bread for a healthier version.

Makes: 1 box servings
Ingredients
1 packet Old Bread
1 tbsp mixed dry Italian herbs
6-7 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Method
Cut the bread into long strips.
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees celcius.
Lay the bread strips on a greased baking tray and brush them with olive oil.
Sprinkle the herbs over evenly.
Bake for 10-20 minutes tossing every 5 minutes.
Baking time will depend on the dryness of your bread.Dry breads cook faster.
