Egg Wrapping Fried Rice

An easy and delicious recipe for a busy day.



Fried rice


Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
Cooked rice
1 egg
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce or fish sauce
1 cup of peas
1 onion
1 carrot
2 cloves garlic
3 seafood sticks or 3 slices of ham

Method
Place oil in a wok.
Add garlic and onion.
Stir-fry over medium high heat until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add peas and carrots.
Add seafood stick slices (or ham) and stir fry until cooked thoroughly.
Add fish sauce and soy sauce.
Add cooked rice.
Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Prepare a thin paste omelet, place the cooked fried rice in the middle, and wrap it up.
Before serving, sprinkle with spring onion, and coriander on top and place tomato or cucumber and lemon beside the fried rice.
