Empty Your Crisper Taco Salad

Do you have veggies in your fridge crisper that need to be eaten...like now...like ASAP? Do you have 10 minutes to spare to get dinner ready? This recipe is frugal and fast!

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients
900 g ground beef
50 g taco seasoning
Empty crisper of any veggies and cut unto pieces (I used 3 tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 1 cucumber and some black olives)
2 cups corn chips (may use tortilla chips or nacho chips)

Method
Place ground beef in a large microwavable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
Stir and break up beef then pour taco seasoning over.
Stir again.
Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes.
Add cut-up veggies.

Stir.
Place corn chips on top.

Delicious whether served chilled or warm.
