Ingredients 1 medium-sized cucumber
3-4 garlic cloves
Salt, to taste
Vinegar, to taste
400 ml cold water
Finely chop garlic or beat it with a pestle until it becomes mushy.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small dices.
Combine cucumber and garlic, add some salt to taste and pour in water. Make sure water is well cooled as this is the key ingredient for its freshness. At the end, add some vinegar to taste and some more salt, if necessary.
