Festive no-bake chocolate log

A rich sliver of something special tops off any celebration, and for this one you don't even have to put the oven on.

Let the rich chocolate melt on your tongue, chew the dried apricots, cranberries and figs, and crunch the biscuit.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling Time: 2 hours
Makes: 18 servings

Ingredients
350g dark chocolate
200g butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp rum
150g plain biscuits
100g dried cranberries
100g dried apricots
100g dried figs

Method
Line a long loaf tin with plastic wrap, with enough hanging over the sides to cover the log when made.

Microwave chocolate, butter, honey and rum for one minute at a time on 50% power, stirring in between, until smooth.

Roughly chop dried fruit. Break biscuits into small pieces (I used Arnott's Milk Coffee biscuits)

Combine chocolate mixture with dry ingredients

Pour into tin and press down firmly. Fold over extra plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours or more.
