Flaxseed Peanut Butter and Honey Biscuits

This another great gluten free recipe, similar to my 5 ingredients cookies and packed full of goodness.



Finished biscuits
Ready to eat


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 10

Ingredients
2 tbs honey
2 tbs peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbs flaxseeds
1/2 cup almond meal

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine peanut butter, honey and egg and mix well.
Add in flour and flaxseeds and stir to combine.



Finished biscuits
This is how the mixture looks when ready to spoon onto the tray


This mixture will be runny so you need to spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray.



Finished biscuits
Ready to go into the oven


Bake for 20 minutes

Kate, do you follow Lucy? Her recipes are just fabulous and she also makes healthy, tasty looking food. She has also used maple syrup, ad a sweetener, too.
You know, I really want to research the goodness of panels, because I'm not sure exactly why it is more beneficial for you We must not follow blindly! Love alot of what you're plating up, too. c&c
