Fruit and Nuts Bites

These fruit and nut treats are so easy to make. You will be snacking on them in no time.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 10-15

Ingredients
1/4 cup Milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup Cashews
8-10 dried apricots

Method
Cut each dried apricot into four pieces and set them aside


Finished product

Roughly chop nuts and add to the apricots


Chocolate and nuts and fruit

Over a double boiler melt chocolate chips
Once completely melted take off the stove, add in the fruit and nuts and stir through to combine.


Treats on a plate

Place teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper (or even a plate)

Try getting a bit of fruit and nuts into each one
Place in the fridge to set for about 10 minutes
