Fudgey Peanut Butter Chocolate Slice with Chickpeas

Chocolate peanut butter chickpea slice
Chocolate, peanuts, yum

Peanut butter and chocolate, a classic combination that will always be in good taste.

And in this slice the two legumes, peanuts and chickpeas which make it good for you as well.

Simply blend, bake and enjoy.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
70g chocolate, roughly chopped into small pieces
pinch salt

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and grease a square cake tin.

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the chocolate, until smooth.

Blended and ready for chocolate!

Add half the chocolate and pulse to combine.
Pour into the tin and sprinkle remaining chocolate on top. Press chocolate down into the top of the mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes until edges are browned.

Allow to cool completely before slicing.
