Garlic Salmon with Broccolini

This staple dish appears to be stylish and bursting with flavour, yet takes less than 10 mins to have on the table.

A combination of some of the most highly touted superfoods, including salmon, broccolini and chia seeds, you can ensure that you are getting a nourishing and satisfying delight!

Preparation Time: 0 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

2 salmon fillets
bunch broccolini

1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the salmon fillets side by side in an oven proof dish and drizzle the dressing ingredients generously.

Cook for 5 mins or until just cooked through.

Place the broccolini in a microwave dish and steam on high power for 4 mins and until a deep green.
