German Potato Salad with Polish Sausage

This is not your typical potato salad recipe. Next, you do not have to be of the German nationality to like it! As this recipe requires a crockpot, all you have to do is dump in the ingredients and have time to do what you like...work or play!


German Potato Salad with Kielbasa


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 hours on high
Servings: 2 or more, depending on the size of your crockpot.

Ingredients
4 Cups of water
4 Cups of white distilled vinegar
2 Tbsp of black pepper
1/2 Cup of sugar
1 Package of Polish sausage (or more)
Potatoes

Method
Cut potatoes into slices. Enough that will fill your crockpot halfway. Place into crockpot.


German Potato Salad with Kielbasa

Cut Polish sausage into coin size pieces and place in crockpot on top of the potatoes. Enough to reach the top.
In medium size bowl, mix water, sugar, black pepper and white distilled vinegar. Pour on top of the Polish sausage and potatoes.
Cook in crockpot for 4 hours on high.
