Many people mistakenly believe yogurt is a GF no go area, but Greek yogurt is naturally GF because no thickeners such as whey, rye, barley, or gluten-containing substances are added. Only if you're lactose-intolerant will yogurt be a health risk.
Mix the tubs of yogurt together in a bowl then separate into smaller tubs – Tupperware works fine and pop in the freezer for 30 minutes, removing and stirring halfway through (this makes it easier to eat and more shop-like)
To make a nice topping I bashed a few almonds and toasted them slightly by baking in the oven, and drizzled with a little honey for sweetness.
Scoop out the frozen yogurt, and top with the broken, sweet almonds. Healthiest, GF snack around.
