Granola Crunch

Granola always looks and tastes great, but this one is healthy too...
Preparation Time: 10
Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Makes: 50 serves



Granola in a jar


Ingredients
3 cups of a variety of chopped seeds and nuts
6 cups of rolled oats
3 cups of a variety of dried fruit
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup rice bran oil

Method
Combine oats, seeds and nuts, oil and honey


Combined nuts and oats
Place in an oven at 150 degrees. Cook for one hour stirring the mixture through at intervals as it starts to brown


Combined nuts and oats
Remove mixture from oven and allow to cool
Combine with dried fruits


Thumbnail
Store in air tight container and enjoy!
