Greek Salad

A popular tasty salad. Ideal for barbecues or as a side dish with meat, chicken or fish.



Greek salad, BBQ salad, summer salad


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 4-6 servings

Ingredients
6 Tomatoes, chopped
3 Lebanese cucumbers, chopped
1 Spanish onion, sliced into rings
1 Red capsicum, deseeded, chopped
200g Marinated Greek olives
200g Marinated Feta, chopped
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Salt
125ml Olive Oil
60ml White Vinegar

Method
Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and capsium. Mix well. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.

Add olives and feta and toss lightly

Whisk together oil and vinegar in a small bowl.

Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine all ingredients.
