Green Clean Juice

This is a brilliant 'wake me up' juice that will get your metabolism going, and keep you 'perky' throughout the day

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
Bunch of kale
2 celery sticks
1 fennel bulb with stalks
1 apple
A thumb sized amount of ginger



Vegetable juice


Method

Chop all ingredients and feed through the juicer

The juice should look like this:

Drink immediately because the enzymes start to deteriorate as soon as the vegetables are juiced.
