Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Only 3 ingredients, they're great as a quick and healthy snack.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 11 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
6 medjool dates
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method

blend oats into flour in food processor.


add dates, process until well combined and the mixture comes together to form a "dough".


stir in chocolate chips.


roll into balls.
