As a child I used to love eating cookie dough before it was baked into cookies. As an adult I realise that this is 1 not very healthy and 2 comes with the very real risk of salmonella poisoning. Luckily after scouring the internet I have found a recipe that is not only egg free and meant to be eaten raw. But is quite healthy as well.
This dough looks and has the right texture of the childhood memory. But is better for you in every way.
