Ingredients Some letuces
1/2 Brie with spices
1/2 Can Kidneybeans
1 Red Onion
Start with boiling the two eggs for about 10 minutes. In the meanwhile start cutting the cucumber, brie, onion and chorizo into smaller pieces. Put some lituces in a bowl and add the cut ingrediences on top.
When the eggs are boiled, sieve the hot water and pour some cold water over them for a couple of seconds to 'shock' the eggs. Then peal, cut and add them to the salad.
If desired you can top it with some honey mustard salad dressing or other dressing. Bon appétit!
