These brownies can be made into any shape, but I love making them in my heart ramekins. Made with oat flour and LSA ( Linseed, Sunflower and Almond) these brownies are so different, but so tasty, and you won't believe the secret ingredient, avocado. It's a lot healthier than the average brownie and you can't even taste the avocado so it's great for sneaking in extra goodness for kids.

The finished brownie
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 2
Ingredients
1/4 cup LSA
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of raw organic honey
1 egg
1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons of organic dark chocolate ( I buy a big piece from the local organic shop and cut some off)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
If you haven't got any oat flour it is really easy to make just add oats to a bowl and blitz with a stick blender until almost powdery
In another bowl mash avocado, and then add in raw cacao, honey and almond milk and mix well
Shave some chocolate off of your chocolate block using a sharp knife

Shaved chocolate
Add in shaved chocolate and egg
Add in oat flour and LSA; mix until well combined
Grease your ramekins or square baking tray and spoon in mixture

Spoon mixture into Ramekins or square baking tin
Place in the oven for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and use a skewer to check if it's cooked. If it comes out clean it's ready
Flip out brownies onto a wire rack and allow to cool
