Homemade Peanut Butter Cups - 3 Ingredients

If you like store-bought Peanut Butter Cups, you will totally love these homemade ones. They’re super good and have only 3 ingredients.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients
150g of chocolate chips
50g of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil

Method
Making these peanut butter cups is super quick. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until it's fully melted.



Line the cupcake tin with 6 liners, add 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate in each one and freeze for 10 minutes.



Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in each one and the rest of the chocolate in each liner. Freeze until solid.



Store in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for a few months.
