Ingredients 4 - Chicken Breasts (boneless)
1 cup of Honey
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 cup of Diced Onion
1/4 cup of Tomato Sauce
2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
4 teaspoons of flour
6 tablespoons of water
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper and place into the slow cooker. Optionally you can also season with chilli flakes for a little kick.
Seasoned Chicken in the slow cooker
Mix the diced onion with the honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce, olive oil and garlic. Pour this over the Chicken.
The Sauce mixture
Leave the Chicken and the Sauce in the slow cooker for 2 hrs on high or 3 - 4 hrs on low. Ensuring that the chicken is cooked.

Once cooked, take the chicken (not the sauce) out and place into a serving dish.

Pour the sauce from the slow cooker into a pan and place on the stove at a medium heat.
Combine the flour and water together until dissolved and pour into the pan.

Stir until the sauce thickens.

Once thickened pour over chicken and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
