Key Lime Bliss Balls
3/4 cup dates
1 cup almond meal
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Soak the dates in 1/2 cup of boiled water for one hour. Then blend them together to make a smooth consistency paste.
Add the almond meal, lime zest, and fresh lime juice to the date paste. Mix all ingredients together.
Using your hands, take a small portion of the date, almond and lime mixture and form it into round balls.
