Ingredients 150g Korean wheat noodle (dried, long and thin)
100g beef mince
100g Kimchi cabbage
1/2 brown onion, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)
some sesame seeds (fried, optional)
some salt to taste
Prepare noodle. Cook noodle in boiling water for approximately 2-3 minutes. Then drain.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil on a saucepan over medium heat, add in beef mince, 1/2 tsp salt and kimchi (add more if you love kimchi), stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add in sliced onion, stir fry another 2 minutes. If you prefer transparent and sweeter onion slices, reverse the sequence to add in onion slices first, followed by beef mince and kimchi.
Turn off heat. Add in drained noodle and 1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional) to pan, mix well.
Season some salt to taste. Garnish with some sesame seeds (optional). Then serve.
