All of the ingredients ready to prepare
Ingredients 2 Kiwifruits
1/4 of a Fresh Pineapple
1 Medium-Large Banana
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
3/4 Cup of Milk (full cream, soy or almond)
Optional: 1/2 a Banana, 1 piece of Kiwifruit and Pineapple for the decoration.
Ready to blend
Chop kiwifruit into small pieces, removing the skin and place into the blender.
Chop pineapple into small pieces removing the skin and place into the blender.
Peel banana, chop in half and place into the blender.
Place ice cream and pour milk into the blender.
Ensure blender lid is on, and blender is switched on at the mains. Blend on medium level for 60 seconds.
Pour smoothie into the tumblers counting to ten on each occasion. Chop up piece of kiwifruit and place into each serving and in front of the smoothies. Do the latter for the banana and pineapple pieces, that way creating a happy face decoration.
