Maeun bulgogi is a Korean bbq cuisine. A rich flavoured bulgogi marinade works very well on chicken. Roast in an air-fryer or oven to get a similar grilled effect. This is a sweet mild and spicy recipe, very tasty that even kids can eat. It's best served as entree or starter.

Preparation Time: 2 hours or overnight
Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings

Ingredients
9-10 chicken drumettes, fat removed
Spring onion strips
100g Korean spicy bbq marinade
Sliced cucumber to serve

Method

In a mixing container, marinate the chicken drumettes with the bbq marinade and spring onion strips thoroughly. Cover and put in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat air-fryer or oven (fan-forced) to 180 C.

Place the marinated chicken into air-fryer basket or roaster rack.

Roast for 20-25 minutes until brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with some cucumber slices.
