Looking for a quick, healthy and surprisingly delicious breakfast or midday snack? This layered yoghurt cup uses everyday ingredients to produce a light and balanced option. Feel free to use this as a base and then experiment with your favourite fruits/nuts!

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients 1 weetbix biscuit
1 cup plain yoghurt (soy or dairy)
handful raspberries or other fresh berries
2 tsp mixed seeds
cinnamon, to sprinkle (if desired)
Crumble the weetbix biscuit between two cups, creating a bottom layer. Then add 1/4 cup yoghurt to each, with the desired berries following.
Finally add the last 1/4 cup yoghurt to each and top with the seeds and cinnamon. For a full flavour sensation, make sure to mix well before eating!
