After the supermarket discontinued their lime infused mango pieces, I decided that I would make my own instead. It's a delicious and healthy snack with just two ingredients. I used an air drier, but you can also use an oven at its lowest setting and bake until ready.

Method
Peel, pit, and slice the mango into strips.
Place the strips in the air drier and then squeeze over enough lime juice to cover the mango lightly.
