Ingredients 1 cup natural yogurt
1 cup rolled oats
½ - ¾ cup milk
1 tsp sugar
¼ lemon juice
1 apple, chopped
Some grapes, strawberries or any other fruit such as pears, pineapple blueberries, raspberry or kiwi
Mix the yogurt, rolled oats, milk, sugar and lemon juice.
Stir this thoroughly and then add the apple - you could also grate the apple, orange, and other fruit.
Cover and store overnight in the fridge.
About 30 minutes before you want to eat it, take it out of the fridge, and you will probably need to add a bit more milk as mine is always too thick.
Add bananas and you can also add some nuts and raisins if you like.
