Mango Thickshake

Simple but delicious. What more could you want in a healthy fruit smoothie?

Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 small mango, cubed, frozen
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp oats

Method
Throw all ingredients together in a blender. Blitz until a smooth but thick consistency.
