Lamb cutlet is the best part of lamb. It is delicious, tender and juicy, not to mention this dish is also extremely easy to cook.
If you feel like cooking something nice for your other half or eat a nice meal with your lovely friend while enjoying a glass of wine, this will never be wrong.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes (Marinate for a few hours or overnight)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
5 Lamb Cutlets
Handful of Green Bean (aka French Bean)
1 Onion (Brown or Red)
1 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
Marinade: 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce
1 tbsp of Honey
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Pepper
1 tsp of Herbs (Im using Rosemary)
Marinate the lamb cutlets using Ingredient B overnight. Mix well.
Cut Onion, wash green bean and set aside.
In a medium hot pan, add butter and stir fry onion till aromatic.
Add French bean and saute for 3 minutes.
Add salt and set aside the French Bean but not the onion.
On high heat, place marinated cutlets in. Cook each side of the cutlet for 1.5 minutes. (If you are looking for medium-well or medium-rare cutlet, plus and minus 0.5 minutes. So, 2mins for medium-well and 1min for medium-rare).
Arrange nicely on a plate and garnish with some herbs of your choice.
