Another beautiful 'icecream' made with the help of frozen bananas. This recipe uses bright green matcha for an earthy taste and frozen bananas for the icecream texture. Top with
rawnola or crushed chocolate and enjoy.

A healthy 'icecream' for summer
Preparation Time: 3 minutes

Makes: 1 bowl
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 heaped tbls sweetened matcha powder
2 tbls almond milk
1 serve of
rawnola to top

Method
Place the frozen bananas and milk in a blender and pulse.

Add powder last so it doesn't clump.
Add the sweet matcha powder and pulse again.

Should be thick and green.
Scoop into a bowl, it should be the most fantastic colour!

Add your favourite toppings.
I topped mine with
rawnola, another current obsession of mine.

A nutritious treat.
Enjoy immediately in a quiet spot.
NOTE: If you don't have sweet matcha use regular matcha and add a tsp of sweetener of choice.
