Meat Stuffed Portobello Mushroom

This meat stuffed portobello mushroom makes a great entree to lunch or dinner that family and kids will love and it's easy to prepare and cook.



Preparation Time: 60 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
2 large portobello mushroom, stems removed, peeled
1 stalk scallions, thinly sliced
Roasted sesame seeds, to serve

For Meat Stuffings
100g pork mince
5 chinese mushrooms, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chinese cooking wine
dash of white pepper

Method
Fill a steamer pot with water. Bring to the boil.
In a bowl, add all the meat stuffings ingredients and mix with hands until well combined.



Leave to marinate for an hour. Divide stuffings into 2 portions.



Place stuffings on top of each portobello mushrooms and sprinkle scallions on top.



Steam for 10 minutes until meat stuffing is cooked through.
Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
