that is a very easy recipe also! doesnt take long and always works - I do it with lemons, limes - slightly different recipe from memory -just as long as you do not micro it for long periods without stopping and stirring.
This looks great - been looking for an easy no-fuss recipe for curd for a while.
However, can I ask how many limes you zested for this curd? I want to have the zest in it as you did but I don't know how many limes to do - I'm guessing about 2 but it would be good if you could actually say how many you used.... thanks. :-)
