Ingredients
75g butter
Tsp chilli powder
6 mint leaves

Method
Place the butter on a sheet on clingfilm.
Add the mint and chilli to the butter.
Using the knife 'chop' the seasoning into the butter.
Scrape any butter off the knife using the back of a spoon.
Lift the edge of the clingfilm and gently roll the butter in the wrap.
Roll tightly together, and store in the fridge, or freezer for up to one month.
