If the ancient people of India used to call yoghurt and honey 'food of the gods', then yoghurt and caramel must be the food of the Devil. Here's a chance to let your good and naughty side out with a healthy helping of yoghurt, muesli, and jam, mixed in with some indulgent caramel. Based on the brands I used, this yoghurt pot is about 320 calories.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: N/A
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
2 tbsp muesli
60g Carnation caramel
30g yoghurt
2 tbsp jam

Method

Simply layer each ingredient on top of one another in a pot, in this order: muesli, caramel, yoghurt, jam.
