Ingredients 1/4 cup SR flour
2 tbs cocoa powder
2 tbs sugar
3 tbs milk
2 tbs oil
2 tbs Nutella
ice cream or whipped cream, to serve
Place the flour, cocoa and sugar into a microwave safe bowl and stir to combine.
Add the sugar, egg, milk and oil and mix well.
Place the nutella on top. I like to spread mine out a bit but you can place it all directly in the centre if you'd prefer.
Cook on high in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Serve immediately with ice cream or cream.
Note: The cake may appear gooey on top after the 90 seconds but it will be cooked. Do not overcook or the cake will become dry. If you prefer, you can prepare the mixture in a mixing bowl before transferring it to the microwave safe bowl to cook.
