Orange Juice Breakfast Smoothie with Banana, Berries, and Watermelon Sorbet

This delicious smoothie makes increasing daily fruit intake easy! Kick start the day with this fruit-packed smoothie with your breakfast.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup watermelon sorbet or crushed ice
1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt
Juice of 2-3 oranges
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
150g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Method
Chop the strawberries and banana into small chunks.

Blend together the watermelon sorbet (or crushed ice), yoghurt, orange juice, banana, strawberries, and mixed berries.















Divide the smoothie evenly between cups.
