Dark chocolate cake with creamy oreo buttercream frosting, drizzled with milk chocolate ganache.

Ingredients
Chocolate cake:
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Oreo Buttercream:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cream
14 oreo cookies, chopped
Milk chocolate ganache:
1/4 cup cream
125 g milk chocolate melts
Method
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda.
Combine milk, vinegar, oil, eggs and vanilla then stir into the dry ingredients.
Pour into two 22 cm round cake pans and bake for 35 minutes.
To make the ganache, heat the cream and chocolate melts in a saucepan. Stir until all of the chocolate is melted and the mixture becomes glossy.
To make the buttercream, beat butter and icing sugar for 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add cream and vanilla then beat for 5 more minutes.
Stir in the chopped oreo cookies.
Spread half of the buttercream on top of one of the chocolate cakes. Put the other chocolate cake on top of it.
Put the remaining buttercream on top then drizzle with the milk chocolate ganache.
