"A great breakfast with fruity and pancake fun."
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 28 minutes (allow 6 minutes for each pancake)
Makes: 8 servings
All of the ingredients needed
Ingredients 8 Small-Medium Strawberries
1 Small-Medium Banana
500g Organic Flour (any)
1/2 a Litre of Soy Milk
2 Free Range Eggs
8 tsp Butter
Have just chopped up the strawberry and banana pieces first
Mixed up the strawberry and banana pieces
Wash strawberries, and chop off ends. Keep the ends for later if you wish to decorate this dish. Finely chop into baby size chunks.
Peel banana, chop off ends, and begin to chop into fine baby sized bites.
Mix the strawberries and bananas together with your hands.
Place flour into a mixing bowl.
Take each egg and crack it on one side and with both hands place into the mixing bowl.
Pour the milk into the mixing bowl. Note: do not add in the mixed bananas and strawberries just yet.
Whisk the batter together for about 2-3 minutes, ensuring that all ingredients thus far have been whisked together, and then pour the strawberry and banana pieces into the batter for another 2-3 minutes.
With each pan, ensure the stove is on low-medium heat, otherwise your pancakes will burn quickly. * Take one teaspoon of butter and apply to the pan, swirling in a circular motion for each pancake to cook. Apply the batter. Once you have counted to four stop pouring. About two minutes later, flip the pancake over for the batter on the other side to cook. Repeat for each pancake you wish to cook.
Place each cooked pancake onto a plate and stack one on top of the other for serving.
