Hi gmthe, oyakodon is really simple and easy to make and it is yummy too! Dashi is Japanese fish stock. You can easily find them in Asian grocery. I have attached a picture of how it looks like. Hope you enjoy this recipe!
This sounds & looks delicious, looks pretty uncomplicated to make too. Not familiar with what dashi is though? Some kind of sauce, marinade or condiment. Please advise availability for this seasoning. I'd like to make this dish.
