Pan-Fried Bulgogi

Bulgogi is a popular tasty Korean dish of BBQ marinated beef. It is easy to make and quick to prepare and cook.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
500g thinly sliced beef
1 onion, halved, thinly sliced
2 stalks spring onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup bulgogi marinade
1 tbsp roasted sesame
steamed rice, to serve

Method
In a bowl, marinade the beef with all the rest of the ingredients for 1 hour or overnight.



Heat oil in a frying pan, add the marinated beef and stir fry for 10 minutes until cooked through.



Serve with warm steamed rice and sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds.
