Pan-Grilled Cajun Chicken

Pan-grilled cajun chicken is good as a salad topping or with rice. This tender and juicy chicken is easy to make but full of cajun flavour goodness.



Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
500g chicken tenderloins
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
juice of 1 lime

Method

In a bowl, marinate the chicken tenderloins with the cajun seasoning and lime juice for 15 minutes.



Preheat the grill pan. Add in the marinated chicken tenderloins and grill for 3-4 minutes until charred.



Carefully flip over the chicken tenderloins and grill for a further 3-4 minutes until cooked through.



Serve while it's warm.
